I get to worked with Lithuanians regularly. They are the WORST. Shit language skills, lack of critical thinking, first do-think later, slow response, seems they are unable to sort their work im Ordnung. Basically half russian, half polish, eastern-european builder nation. And yea - it's the Lithuanians that have large heads and their women look like horses. I dont even understand who fucks them.
